Paul Roan, who both represent Coal County, passed the Oklahoma Gun Manufacturer Recruitment Initiative six years ago. UPDATE - GOVERNOR BRAD HENRY SIGNED SB 1713 INTO LAW ON THURSDAY, APRIL 29, 2010; THE MEASURE TAKES EFFECT NOV. 1, 2010. Senate Bill 1713 received final approval from the Oklahoma Legislature Monday, April 26, 2010, and now only needs Governor Brad Henry's signature to make 4 stretches of Texoma highways memorial highways in honor of three fallen soldiers and also three dedicated public servants.
